Recreational Therapeutic Service
Our programmes are designed to support children in a way that is fun and engaging through activities they are passionate about.
Sitting face-to-face in traditional 1:1 therapy doesn't work for every child—and that is completely okay.
For many young people, talking directly about their feelings can feel overwhelming or intimidating. When children don't have an outlet that suits them, they often express their stress through their behavior, which can make school and daily life much harder.
We believe support should meet children where they feel most comfortable. Our group programmes weave proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques into activities children already love, like music and sports, making mental health support feel natural, active, and fun.
ENCORE & TACTICS

Group-focused: Delivered directly within primary schools to groups of students, creating a supportive team environment.
Practical skills: Children gain a better understanding of their emotions alongside simple, effective tools to manage stress and boost self-confidence.
Real results: By focusing on active, creative play, we help children feel calmer, happier, and more connected to their learning.
